Wytse Vellema is the Director Strategic Dairy Relations for Ausnutria. He is responsible for partnerships, liquid dairy procurement and sales and strategy, including whey. Ausnutria is global market leader in goat-based Infant Formula under the brand Kabrita, produces cow-based Infant Formula for the Chinese market, and is a leading company in goat-based B2B ingredients. Wytse holds a PhD in Agricultural Economics from Ghent University, a postgraduate Diploma from Cambridge University, an MSc from Wageningen University (cum Laude), and a BSc from the University of Groningen (cum Laude).
