Richard is the General Manager at International Ingredient Corporation (IIC). His responsibilities include management, strategic planning and leading the sales, marketing, research and development and technical support functions of the company and assuring P&L targets are met. Richard joined IIC in 1993 and has 30 years of feed industry experience.

Richard earned his B.S. (Ag. Chemistry) and M.S (Ag. Food Science) degrees from University College Dublin, Ireland.

Richard is past President and Chairman of the American Dairy Products Institute and is currently a member of its Board of Directors. Richard is a board member of the US Dairy Export Council and is past Chair of its Ingredient Committee and a member of its Operating Committee. Richard was the recipient of the ADPI Award of Merit in 2023 for his contributions to the processed dairy products industry.
