Kinga Adamaszwili, EWPA, EU
Kinga Adamaszwili is Director of Food Policy, Nutrition and Regulatory Affairs at the European Dairy Association (EDA) and the European Whey Processors Association (EWPA) where she is leading work of the Food, Environment & Health Department.
Before joining EDA, she has worked for several years in a Brussels-based trade association representing the European consumer health care industry (AESGP) as a Manager for Food Related Issues in charge of food and food supplements regulatory affairs.
Kinga has professional experience in the fields of nutrition, food legislation and public health policy in several organisations, including the Polish Chief Sanitary Inspectorate in Warsaw, the World Health Organisation Regional Office for Europe in Copenhagen (WHO Europe), the European Commission Food and Veterinary Office in Ireland (FVO) and the European Food Safety Authority in Parma (EFSA).
She studied at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and at the Life Sciences Faculty of the University of Copenhagen. She holds a Master’s degree in human nutrition, food technology and consumer sciences.
