Marion Bucas is Marketing Director at Lactalis Ingredients. She holds an engineering degree in Food Science, completed by an MBA in agribusiness. Her journey within Lactalis Group began in 2013 when she assumed the role of product group manager dedicated to milk and whey proteins. She is now responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and participating in the development of marketing strategies for Lactalis Ingredients. With more than 15 years in the dairy industry, Marion brings with her a deep understanding of the whey and milk ingredients market challenges. She has recently been nominated Vice President and Treasurer for the European Whey Processors Association (EWPA).
